In response to the needs of containers with different working conditions, we always carry out design work with high standards and are committed to tailoring exclusive products for customers. During the design process, temperature and pressure factors dominate the precise determination of the thickness of the container material, and the acid and alkaline characteristics of the medium are the key basis for determining the selection of container materials, so as to fully ensure the excellent performance and safety and reliability of the product under complex working conditions.
Design pressure: Design pressure refers to the maximum pressure set at the top of the container, which, together with the corresponding design temperature, serves as the basic design load condition of the container, and its value is not lower than the working pressure. Working pressure: refers to the saturated vapor pressure at the highest working temperature that a container containing liquefied gas and liquefied petroleum gas may reach. Design temperature: Design temperature refers to the metal temperature of the component set under normal working conditions of the container (the average temperature along the metal cross section of the component). |

Center Enamel has established a strict and comprehensive system in the testing process to ensure that the quality of pressure vessel products meets high domestic and international standards.
Nondestructive Testing The butt welded joints of the container need to be subjected to local radiographic or ultrasonic testing, and the testing length should not be less than 10% of the length of each welded joint. Local nondestructive testing should include T-joints. Nondestructive testing of welded joints should be carried out in accordance with JB4730.2 and JB4730.3. The technical level of radiographic testing is AB, and the quality level is not lower than III to be qualified. The technical level of ultrasonic testing is B, and the quality level is not lower than II to be qualified. |
